I’m a QTT practitioner and life coach working to support people who feel they are stuck and cannot move on in their lives due to stress, overwhelm, fears, confidence issues and limiting beliefs, to name but a few. I use QTT in a unique way alongside the holistic therapies that I also provide – Reiki, sports massage, nutrition and in particular reflexology for pregnancy and fertility as well as supporting the beautiful women entering stages of menopause.

Based in Shannon, Co Clare, I work one-to-one, in groups and also via Zoom and Skype.
