I have worked in Human Resources for many years with most of my experience in the travel and legal profession. I am married and have a blended family and we live in the South Downs area of West Sussex close to Brighton.

Life has dealt me many challenges from the loss of parents at a young age to divorce and much between. My children have now grown their wings and are off making their mark within society. I love to travel and am grateful for the adventures that has brought to me. I particularly love travelling in Africa and Greece, I also spend a lot of time travelling back to Ireland where I grew up and still have family.

My journey to coaching began a few years ago when I went on a personal development programme following the loss of my father and the challenges of my blended family. This brought me into a period of exploration of the different healing modalities and my interest and direction changed.

I trained in QTT™ as this was the modality that really sat with my values, and it helped me to achieve and grow when faced with those everyday challenges. I work with clients who have reached a time in their life when they are asking some bigger deeper questions and what is the next chapter for them in life.

Helping clients to identify what is holding them back and releasing these beliefs so life can move on in a new direction.
