Nothing is permanent in this wicked world — not even our troubles.
— Charlie Chaplin
Knowing your child is hurting and not being able to ‘fix’ things for them is one of the most challenging things I have experienced as a parent.
Meet my son Conor.
Conor suffered with Social Anxiety for many years and even though I was aware and had the tools to help him Conor was not ready for the change. I had to respect that and thankfully (and eventually) at 18 years of age he invited me to step in.
He no longer feels social anxiety and hasn’t for the last three years and he very bravely tells his story in the video above.
I let Conor know yesterday that we would be releasing his video today and asked him what he would like to say to any of you watching. He said ‘If it highlights to anyone feeling anxious that they are not alone and that it can be easy to feel relief when you do the work, then it is definitely worth sharing’.
The modality I used to help Conor get relief is QTT.
I give a full description of what QTT is below and a link at the bottom of the page where you can meet several QTT practitioners that I have trained if you are interested in looking into this incredible modality further and how they can help you.
We would love to hear the impact listening to Conor’s story has on you so please share that with us in the comments below.
What is QTT?
QTT is a unique accredited personal development ‘talking’ modality created by Moira Geary (me) that amalgamates her three unique modalities (Quantum Release, Quantum Alignment and The Behavioural codes) with Coaching and NLP.
The method guides clients to access profound and lasting behavioural change so that they can achieve their desired outcomes in life.
This distinctive approach empowers and supplies clients with a toolkit of techniques, methods and processes for dealing with life’s challenges as well as optimising life’s opportunities. It is very practical and gentle in nature and can be used by anyone seeking change.
What is QTT Used For?
It can also be used for behavioural issues and help with:
Stress management
Procrastination
Overwhelm
Self-sabotage
Worry
Building confidence
Accessing powerful internal resources
Managing difficult relationships
Goal achievement
Achieving potential
Enhancing quality of life
Finding a sense of direction
Enhanced focus and effectiveness
Increasing motivation
Increasing resilience
Changing limiting beliefs
Improving quality of life
Alignment for fulfilling relationships
Obtaining happiness
Achieving a richer more meaningful life
It can be used in any area of life including:
Personal change
Career
Health
Relationships
Communication
Finances
General wellbeing
Spirituality
Business
QTT works on the premise that it is practically impossible to achieve new positive desired outcomes in life while continuing to run the same old disempowering subconscious patterns from our past that got us to where we are in the first place.
With this gentle, practical, fun and powerful ‘talk’ modality the results are both profound and more importantly they sustain.
QTT enhances mental, social and emotional fitness to give you the best possible opportunity in any situation in life.
Working with a QTT practitioner:
Moira has personally trained an amazing community of QTT practitioners who bring clients through the QTT Method (TM) to utilise all the tools, techniques and processes of QTT. This proven method is based on Moira’s extensive research and experience of working with 1-to-1 clients as well as large groups in person and online for over 15 years and it only includes ‘what works’.
The client is guided through a unique process which uncovers and brings into awareness the subconscious patterns, belief systems and other factors that have been holding the client back from what they want to achieve and feel in life. These patterns are the number one thing that are responsible for stopping clients create or achieve the happiness, goals, relationships, career, friendships, money, health, business, lifestyle they desire.
After this ‘uncovering’ part of the process, gentle QTT techniques and methods are carried out which guide the client to render their disempowering patterns as inactive. The QTT method also helps the client replace these patterns with new positive enriching belief systems, confident thought processes and empowering new patterns.
As the name Quantum Thinking Technologies (QTT) suggests we are focusing on the cognitive behaviour of the client. Furthermore, the word Quantum suggests that we are focusing on the ‘smallest’ point in time where the subconscious pattern got set up rather than a big story or painful memories. Once the processes and techniques are used to work on that point in time in a disassociated manner the results are both profound and brisk. This makes QTT an easy, effective and gentle process for the client without having to work through multiple scenarios where the pattern affected them over the years.
After you have watched the video we would love to hear the impact his story had on you has on you so please let share that with us in the comments below and thank you for watching.

What a wonderful success story. Well done Conor for telling your story, it will help many.
What an incredible young man you are Conor and such an inspiration to everyone of all ages. A great ambassador for the younger generation who have and are going through similar. You are truly incredible. As a mother that is so difficult to watch Moira and how you managed yourself from not jumping in and allowing mother nature to take its course is beyond me. This video will help so many people see their way Conor and know that its temporary and that we can all be given the tools to get through whatever we are going through. You are quite a wonderful person Moira and I am so grateful to you for sharing this video with us. 💖💛💙💜🧡💚❤🐧

Well done Conor. Every school in the country should hear your story through their SPHE Class or parents should hear ye first through the parents councils. Thank you for being so honest. Moira HOW DID YOU HOLD BACK? I’d be gutted and be pushing to fix….I’ve learned SOOO MUCH from this sharing! From my heart to yours. Xx
Well done Conor, so delighted for you that you found freedom and are living your life without the anxiety from the past. You are incredibly brave. You will help so many people sharing your story. So lovely to see the gorgeous bond between you ❤️. Well done Conor 👏.
Thank you so much for sharing. I cried my eyes out watching this. My son had struggled for a long time and all the things Conor said resonates . I don’t know how to hep him and it’s breaking my heart. I would love to know if there is a line you can use with someone over a period of time that may get them to talk to you and ask for help. Thank you so much😌
K first it is important to talk when everyones emotions are not high (just for a more balanced approach) and one thing I have used a lot is the statement ‘you know the way you sometimes feel xxxxxx, just wondering how long do you want to continue to feel that way?’ as that gives people a choice and let them know the possibility of choice exists. Also I sometimes say’ so you know that it is possible not to feel like that any more?’
Hope that helps a bit.

Dear Conor,
Thank you so much for sharing your story! My little girl is 12 and has had an escalation in her social anxiety in the past year! I want to fix it like any mother but I know she also needs to be in the right place to hear! I showed her the video but not much of a response! I on the other hand loved it! It has given me hope for Ellie that she will get there 🤞 🙏😊Fiona
Please god she will ask for the help soon Fiona and will get her relief. I know as a Mum it is really hard to watch so stay in the circle.

Well what I enjoyed most was how natural and easy the conversation developed between you all. Respect and trust throughout and gently delivered.
Having worked in Mental Health support and delivering Recovery Training I recognise that you have to trust that each person chooses when they want to make life better and reach out for help. Connor was so brilliant at conveying this vital point and Moira how patient to wait until Connor came to you. I thoroughly enjoyed the conversation, well done to Connor who seems to be thriving what a very brave young man.

Thank you for sharing. So touching. What a wonderful video. Easy to relate to and very inspiring.
Wow, and thank you for sharing your story. I was there last year during that event and it has always stayed with me. Conor, you’re an absolute role model for others, young and old. My son’s name is also Conor, he is 12 and is exhibiting levels of anxiety so this story is especially poignant to me. Moira, I’ve admired you as a mentor and teacher since I was first introduced to your work but I must say you are one impressive mother as well. Wow which is Mom upside down (I’m American so it works!!!)
Felt so emotional listening to the interview unfold. It was so sincere and honest. Each of the 3 of you spoke with such respect and depth, and of course Conor you are a hero as you have shown that there is HOPE for those that are ready to take the next step.
Am still watching my 20 year old daughter suffer since 1st year but she just isn’t ready for the release. Asked her to watch video with me but she said some other time, and I have no doubt that time will come.
Huge respect for Conor in sharing his story and wanting to help others to escape the prison of anxiety. Great credit is due to you all for this heartfelt interview. Thank you Conor and Moira for sharing, and wishing Conor every success with his future 💕

Well done Conor! My son who is 14 is socially anxious .hes always been at a disadvantage as was born premature 12 weeks early .. not really got proper friends. Just online friends and have had interventions for him but just keep encouraging and boosting his confidence 🙂
I really enjoyed your interview Conor. You speak with such confidence and honesty. I’m sure many people who live with social anxiety would get great comfort and hope from your willingness to share your experience. I wish you the very best for a great future x
Thank you, Conor – there’s a lot of bravery to acknowledge the feelings you had in the first place and then approach your Mum (it takes strength to sometimes even see hope and you found it within you there and then) and thank you for sharing your experience – I’m so so super delighted that you feel free from those feelings that you described so well. Moira, I can only imagine how hard it was for you throughout years and the respect you had for him to get ready and make a decision is definitely something to admire! Absolutely amazed by your love, patience and professionalism ❤ All the best to both of you and your wonderful family ❤
Very moving and inspiring story
Conor THANKYOU.❤️
So many never seek and are given the support to explore and finally be free. Your bravery is commendable and your sharing can help so many more.
Thank you Conor for sharing your experience. I know of so many people that this will help. By doing this you have given hope to so many. Take lots of care. Clare
Such a beautiful interview to watch. Well done Conor & Moira on such an honest & open conversation. Isn’t it incredible how someone can be freed from such pain and be able to live the life of happiness and freedom like they deserve. Conor i think you’ll be able to help so many others as you can relate so well having felt that way yourself. Moira I have a feeling you have someone walking in your footsteps. 😉
Conor it is so wonderful that you are this side of your social anxiety. My daughter was 14 when she showed signs & it’s been a roller coaster for her and us. She is almost 18 & I’ve asked her to watch your interview. To be honest I resonate with so much of what you have said for myself. Thank you Moira for sharing this …there is always hope & with QTT there can be positive results and relief. Many thanks to you both 🙏❤️
What a wonderful young man Conor is, thank God he has come through this. I had social anxiety all my life, not knowing what it was at the time. I had counselling 6 years ago that has changed me so much as a person. I’d love to see youngsters learn about anxiety just so they could be aware of what is happening to them. So many youngsters are angry and go down the wrong path just to fit in somewhere, an early intervention could make such a difference. Moira you ooze positivity and beauty in your words and brighten my day. I’m new to this group and look forward to catching up with all the stories. Thank You ❤
Delighted you enjoyed it Lens 💞
